These terms and conditions relate to the competition(s) on this website and are supplemented by additional game rules expanded.
The term "organizer" is used in the following text for the operator of the competition who is named in the respective registration form. If no organizer is named, the organizer is the operator of the website, who is named in the imprint of the website.
The term "sponsor" is used in the following text for the companies that provide individual prizes in the respective competition.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win a sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Only those who register on the online sweepstakes site and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry may enter the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Germany and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as the two are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
By participating, you agree to be fully bound by these Rules and you represent and warrant that you comply with the eligibility requirements set forth herein. Submissions will be accepted online if the entry form allows it. Participation ends at the earliest on the date specified on the registration page. If no date is specified, the competition will last until such time as registration via the registration form is no longer possible and/or the registration page states that the competition has ended. All online entries must be received within the timeframe in which registrations are open.
Participation in the competition must be made using the respective online form on this website. Entry must meet all of the Sweepstakes terms and conditions as stated in order to be eligible for a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not conform to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at Promoter's sole discretion. You may only enter once and must fill out the requested information. You may not enter more times than specified using multiple email addresses, identities or devices to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, you may be disqualified from participating.
Promoter shall have no liability for an entrant's failure to receive notifications due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, or for entrant's providing incorrect or otherwise non-functional contact information.
The prize is not transferable. No substitution for cash or other prizes is allowed. All costs associated with the prize, including without limitation all federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. It is not permitted to substitute the prize or transfer/assign the prize to others or to ask the winner for cash equivalent.
There is no guarantee that you will win a prize. Your chance of winning depends on a number of factors, including the total number of eligible entrants and the number of points earned in the Sweepstakes. After registering for the competition, there are several ways to influence the chances of winning. This can be done by recommending it to other participants or by successfully participating in games built into the main competition. The respective rules for the different games will be announced separately in emails sent or on the website
Winners will be notified via email to the email address used to enter the prize draw within five (5) days of winner selection. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible to enter, does not claim the prize within 15 days from the time of notification of the prize being awarded, or fails to timely return a completed and completed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and another winner will be selected. Winner's receipt of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is subject to compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER (AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE PROMOTER) WILL RESULT IN THE DISQUALIFICATION OF THE WINNER AS A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL WINNER PRIVILEGES WILL TERMINATE IMMEDIATELY.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if (in its sole discretion) a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or other cause beyond its control, administration, Corrupt or interfere with the security, fairness or orderly operation of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Promoter may select the recipients from among all eligible entries received before and/or after (if applicable) the Promotion run by Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person found to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter has the right, in its sole discretion to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void votes for any reason including, but not limited to, multiple entries by the same user from different IP addresses, multiple entries from the same computer beyond what is permitted under the Sweepstakes Rules Going beyond moderation, or using bots, macros or scripts or any other technical means to participate.
Any attempt by an entrant to intentionally damage any website or undermine the lawful operation of the Sweepstakes may constitute a violation of criminal and civil statutes. Should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to recover damages from such person to the extent permitted by law.

As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any dispute not resolvable between the parties and any causes of action arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of the class action, can only be decided before a competent court in Germany. Further, in such disputes, under no circumstances shall Entrant be entitled to any award for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, and Entrant hereby waives any right to seek punitive, incidental, or consequential damages , other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (ie, costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives any right to have any damages multiplied or increased.
